Farewell Jessie-Ma-Grannie

Jessie passed away peacefully on 5 October 2008, only a few months after the big celebration of her 90th birthday.

Jessie is sadly missed by her 'chickadees' (Jules, Carl, Mish and Lindsay) and remembered by all of us with love and gratitude for her big heart, restless energy, boundless love of life and strong opnions about everything.

We had a great gathering of family and friends at Lindsay's house to remember and celebrate Jessie's life and a smaller gathering at Quiet Waters where we planted a special tree in Jessie's memory - as you can see in the photos below.
