Helen and I (Raoul) have just spent four days at Thredbo, celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. We stayed at the Thredbo Alpine Hotel and walked 15-20 km each day up and down the mountains. We saw several lots of brumbies (horses gone wild decades ago), once within less than 10 metres.
