Cubs, windchimes and computers

Today we watched Shingi playing in a "polobat" competition - organised via his cub group. You burn around Germiston Lake in a boat called a polobat, and also play a kind of waterpolo in which you can use paddle or hands to play the ball.....

To start the game you line up at each end, like in water polo and the referee throws the ball in the centre. Here you see Shingi breaking away towards that throwin.
The game itself is a melee of boats, paddles, cubs and water, with the ball somewhere in the middle of it all.
