Primitive Cooking

So there I was, with only my knife, a box of matches and some pieces of wild boar. I needed to cook the meat so I had to build a grill out of sticks to assist me.

This is the knife I used to cut the sticks and the meat.
I couldn't just hold the meat over the fire with my bare hands so I designed this contraption to make things more easy. I made the grill out of sticks I had cut from a live tree so they were still wet and would not burn too easily. They didn't burn! I wove them together to make a grid that held the meat in on both sides.
At last I was ready to braai. I lit the fire with some grass and leaves, and of course the box of matches.
After lots of hard work, I finally started cooking. The smoke was a problem but I could bear it.
The meat is almost ready!(All this work is making me hungry.)

Oops! I ate a bit fast!

I can finally eat! Here is the meat all ready to be eaten. Mmm, tastes good!
